CENTRAL TENDERS
A copy of the registration certificate as per the eligibility criteria.
Copies of experience certificates demonstrating relevant work history.
Audited financial statements, including the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the preceding three financial years; if not legally required to be audited, a certificate from a practicing chartered accountant certifying turnover and profit after tax is acceptable.
A solvency certificate as per the format provided in the general conditions of contract.
A copy of the GST registration certificate.
A copy of the PAN card.
Proof of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), cost of the tender, and tender processing fee.
Signed pages from the general conditions of contract, specifically pages 16, 87, and 88.
A pre-contract integrity pact, if required.
An affidavit as per clause 1.2.3 of the tender notice.
For partnership firms: a copy of the partnership deed and General Power of Attorney (GPA), duly signed by all partners.
For companies: a certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, along with a board resolution authorizing the director or authorized signatory to sign the tender documents; if another person is authorized, a power of attorney must also be enclosed.
Completed annexures I to VII, as applicable, as per the tender requirements.
All documents must be self-attested and uploaded as scanned copies under a valid digital signature.
DEFENCE TENDERS
A valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for electronic submission of bids.
Company registration documents, such as a PAN card and registration certificate.
Proof of eligibility, including a valid GST registration, MSME/NSIC certification, and ISO certifications.
Financial solvency proof to demonstrate the bidder’s financial standing.
Compliance with the Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) 2020, especially for categories like Buy (Indian-IDDM) and Buy (Indian), which prioritize local content and indigenisation.
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and acceptance of special terms, depending on the tender.
